How does kVisi work?
It’s simple! Just click the app, select the time frame for pickup and delivery,
and our haulers will be there with a complementary reusable laundry bag, for you to keep for your next order!
From now on we’ll keep you up-to-date,
and only after you’ve gotten your clothes back to your doorstep, nice, clean, and fresh - will we charge you through your selected payment method.
An exact address and payment details are required to complete an order.
How can I find out the price beforehand?
Our full prices are detailed in our app menu, or on our website in prices.
After a kVisi hauler has picked up your laundry and put in the order, you’ll be able to see the final sum.
Once we’ve delivered your freshly cleaned garments back to you, we’ll finalize the transaction through the payment option selected.
Why can’t I make an order without an exact address and credit card details?
In order to provide you with our first-rate services we must have the pick-up and delivery address and up-to-date credit card details, so we can charge your account at the end of the process.
Unfortunately without those details we will not be able to service you.
Is no-contact pick-up and delivery possible?
Yes! kVisi can pick-up and deliver your laundry right outside your doorstep or a reception table - just leave specific instructions for our haulers in the ‘special requests’ section during checkout.

Does kVisi support English?
Of course!
To change the default language in the app, just press the menu and click ‘Change Language’
What’s kVisi’s cover zone?
Currently kVisi covers Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Givatayim, Ra’anana, Herzliya, Hod Hasharon ,Kefar Sava, Ramat Hasharon, Petah Tikva, Kiryat Ono, Bat Yam, Holon, Rishon LeTsiyon and the surrounding area.
We’re working hard at expanding our coverage, and new areas will be added soon.
In the meantime, you can download our app, and if we don’t cover your address, we’ll immediately let you know, and you’ll get a notification once your area is added to our cover zone!

How does kVisi calculate the weight of my laundry?
kVisi’s goal is to give you, our clients, the top-quality, best possible service. That’s why we wash each client’s laundry in separate machines and never mix together two baskets of laundry.
After weighing the laundry on-site, it will be transferred into one of two washing machines available: a machine containing up to 7 kg of laundry, costing ₪93,
or a machine containing up to 9 kg of laundry, costing ₪117.
Is there a minimum order amount and shipping fee?
For every order through the website or app, there is a delivery fee (for collection and return together) of NIS 30. The minimum order is 99 NIS per order, if your order is below this amount, your account will be charged a difference. All charges such as shipping will be met above this amount.
